Crisis Resources for Families
Merry Moose Childcare and Preschool is proud to support our community and our children. We partner with Lutheran Social Services and the St. Cloud Crisis Nursery to provide confidential, free, short-term childcare for central Minnesota families in need of emergency assistance.
Our qualified and nurturing professional care team provides your family with peace of mind that your child is safe and well-cared for during times of stress. We offer licensed and loving short-term childcare for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children from six weeks to eight years of age.

How Does it Work?
Parents and legal guardians in need of emergency or short-term childcare assistance in central Minnesota should contact the St. Cloud Area Crisis Nursery at (320) 654-1090.
If the nursery is full, your child will be placed in a participating licensed daycare facility such as ours or a licensed foster care home, depending on your circumstances and the facility’s availability.
